John Puder completed his MBA from Duke University in December 2019. He is an U.S. Army veteran with over 25 years of I.T. experience supporting both commercial and public sector customers. After leaving the Army, John worked for Bell Atlantic, UUNet, and Lucent Technologies before becoming a defense contractor supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). John worked for over 10 years for Cisco Systems helping lead the Army, DISA, and White House Communications Agency teams within Cisco.
Jason Van Ness
Jason Van Ness completed his bachelor’s in business administration from University of Maryland in May 2003. He is an U.S. Army veteran with over 15 years of I.T. experience supporting both commercial and public sector customers. After leaving the US Army, Jason worked for University of Maryland and Department of Defense before becoming a defense contractor supporting various Government Agencies. Jason has been working for Cisco Systems for the last 3 years as a Network Consultant helping Government Agencies modernize their network infrastructure.
Joseph Holman is a U.S. Marine Corps reservist with 3 years of service. Joseph has worked in the Water Mitigation industry since completing Marine Corps bootcamp, combat training, and his military occupational specialty as a field radio operator. He has been certified as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). Joseph is married to Phoenix Holman and has a one-year-old son named Maverick. He grew up in King George, VA, with his 10 brothers and sisters. Joseph is the General Manager and a managing partner in Operation Dry Space. In his spare-time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Phoenix Holman is married to Joseph and is the daughter of John and Tina Puder. She has been a lifelong Fredericksburg native. Phoenix and Joey share a 1-year-old son, Maverick. Phoenix attended Spotsylvania High School and was a Governor’s School graduate. After high school, she attended Liberty University where she studied Pre-Med. Phoenix is a full-time mother and wife and is the Office Manager for Operation Dry Space.
